Anger is a normal emotion. But, it's everyone's responsibility to control anger.


  • Take some time before you react, so you can think more clearly about the situation or incident
  • Count to 10, it makes you cool down
  • Go for a short walk
  • Take slow & deep breaths
  • Sometimes, talking to friends and family members can be very beneficial who can suggest some solutions
  • Meditation is a very useful technique to control emotions
