How to overcome depression?

Depression is a state of low mood & excessive sad feeling.
It is the source of Hopelessness, Loss of motivation, Inability to make decisions, Feeling worried, Suicidal thoughts, Feeling irritation, avoiding friends, so on. 

  • Don't isolate yourself, be around people
  • Be present at the moment
  • Focus on what you’re doing right. 
  • Put your focus on someone or something other than yourself
  • Listen to music or watch a movie that makes you happy
  • Regular exercise helps encourage the mood
  • Eat healthy foods
  • Visualize a happy memory
  • Don't drink alcohol to hide your emotions, it doesn't work!
