  • Speak less than you know!
  • Hope for something good even in difficult times
  • Do things that you enjoy
  • Have a healthy lifestyle
  • Talk about things that are troubling you with family members & friends 
  • Try to do something worthwhile
  • Learn to manage your time effectively
  • Treat people respectfully
  • Identify the obstacles in your life & try to find ways to overcome 
  • Choose your friends wisely
  • Spend time to understand your inner-self
  • Understanding others is also very helpful to work smoothly
  • Believe that you can do the things 
  • Identify the things that make you unhappy & avoid them
  • Have an open mind and be open to new people, places 
  • Don't dwell on your past and worry about the future
  • Live your life the way you love it!
  • Do some activities that make you happy
  • Express your emotions with loved ones
  • Take breaks from social media
  • Spend time and money on experiences such as fun activities & trips
